Book Review:- Thanks for the memories by Cecelia Ahern

With a bit of magical realism added to it, the book has got the pretty unique storyline. This is a story of an Irish woman Joyce Conway and an American man Justin  Hitchcock whose lives crossed each others path in the most dramatic and magical manner. There are two stories going hand in hand and waiting for their paths to collide leading to a happily ever after.
The dialogue by Cecelia is hilarious and wonderful especially Joyce’s father who’s supportive to Joyce and entertaining in every possible way.

Having said above the most intriguing part is the weird connection or pull you can call it between Joyce and Justin in spite of never having met before. Joyce’s accident and loss of an unborn child, to blood donation by Justin(which apparently was transfused to Joyce) the story takes all possible dramatic turns and reveals the mysterious connection between both of them.

The story is romantic but in an edge-of-your-seat kind of way. For die-hard romance lover, this won’t appeal much, but it has its own element of tug towards an unknown person. It will for sure have you craving to read the last page and see what’s in store. But trust me the wait would be worth and do read page by page to have a stronger connect with the characters of the book. This book is one I would describe as hard to put down. A real page-turner with twists and turns along the way.
Hope you enjoy reading the book

Happy reading!
